This Privacy Policy explains how AlgoAce Technologies (“Beatgrit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit beatgrit.com and join the Beatgrit waitlist.

2. Information we collect

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the waitlist.

Information you provide

• Email address — when you join the waitlist so we can notify you when early access opens.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data — your IP address and browser user-agent, used to prevent abuse and rate-limit signups.

We do not currently use advertising or third-party analytics cookies, and we do not knowingly collect any special categories of personal data.

3. How we use your information

• To add you to the waitlist and confirm your place in line.
• To send you a single email when your early-access spot opens.
• To protect the service against spam, fraud, and abuse.
• To understand demand and improve Beatgrit.

We will not send you unrelated marketing, and we do not sell your personal information.

4. Legal bases for processing

Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (which you may withdraw at any time) to contact you about early access, and on our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the service.

5. How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms:

• Supabase — database hosting for the waitlist.
• Hosting and email providers — to serve the website and deliver the early-access notification.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We never sell or rent your personal information.

6. Data retention

We retain your email address until Beatgrit launches and you have been notified, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first. Technical logs used for security are kept for a short period and then deleted.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@beatgrit.com. You can ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time, and we will not penalize you for exercising your rights.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls that restrict the waitlist database to server-side use only. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International data transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, where data-protection laws may differ. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers.

10. Children's privacy

Beatgrit is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
